As each of our rings are intricately made to order in the UK to your exact requirements, typically our turnaround time is 14 to 21 working days from your order being placed to delivery. With that being said, it is a legal requirement for all precious metals (above certain weights) to be hallmarked by an external and independent assay office, on rare occasions this outsourced stage can cause a slight delay.
We promise you it’ll be worth the wait.

How will my ring be sent?
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed
This delivery service offers comprehensive tracking to the delivery point, ensuring peace of mind throughout the process. You can choose from flexible delivery options, including delivery 1 pm, or Next Day. Next Day deliveries are available seven days a week and are completed by the end of the day. To enhance security, a photo will be taken upon delivery. Additionally, you'll receive SMS or email notifications to keep you informed about your delivery day.

If you've ordered an engagement ring, your diamond is sourced to your exact requirements
Diamond(s) are set by one of our skilled diamond setters
Ring is hand polished and finished
A member of our team will then quality check your ring
Your ring is sent to the assay office (likely Birmingham) for hallmarking then returned back to us
We securely pack and send your ring to you
Returns Information
You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are for items that are engraved or any bespoke pieces.
You are responsible for postage costs associated with returning your item(s). We would advise that your item(s) are returned using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely.
Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed from the date we have received your return.
